Motorola Delays Droid 2.1 Update
Verizon confirmed that the long-awaited Droid 2.1 OS update will be delayed until further notice. Apparently, a bug was found in the system during testing late last night.
The update that was due to be released today to Droid users includes Yahoo! Mail support, Pinch to Zoom on Maps, Browsers, and Galleries, Speech-to-Text, Preloaded Google Goggles, and a 3D Gallery application that shows both images taken and images in Picasa web albums.
